What we collect

When you submit a form on this website we collect your name, phone number, email (optional on our India forms), course interest, current status and any message you write. We also record which page you submitted from and basic campaign source information (UTM parameters) to understand which channels work.

Visitors outside India

Our international enquiry forms (for example our page for the UAE and the Gulf) also ask for your country, city, time zone, preferred class time and, if you choose to tell us, your current work, years of experience, when you would like to start and how you heard about us. For company enquiries we also ask for the company name, how many people would join and your role. We do not ask for your date of birth, nationality, passport, visa or ID details, salary or address.

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a free demo or call, suggest a suitable course and plan class times. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the required box on the form. A second, optional box lets you agree to news of future free demos and new batches; you can enquire without ticking it. We record the time and the wording you agreed to.

How we use it

We use your details only to contact you about our courses, demos and batches, and to improve our services. We record the time you gave your consent with each request. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We may use service providers such as email, WhatsApp Business, analytics and advertising platforms to operate our business. They process data only on our behalf.

Where your data is stored

We are based in India. Your details are kept by us and by the service providers we use: our website host and email provider, Google services (such as Google Sheets), and WhatsApp and Meta. These services may store data in India or in other countries. If you live outside India, this means your details are transferred outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months if they do not lead to enrolment, and then delete them. Details of enrolled students are kept for as long as needed to run the course and meet our legal obligations.

WhatsApp chats

If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep the chat (your WhatsApp number, profile name and messages) to answer you and to follow up on your enquiry. Replies are sent by a member of our team. If you tell us to stop (for example by replying STOP), we stop messaging you. You can ask us to delete your chat history at any time by writing to the email address below.

Course feedback and testimonials

During and after a course we send enrolled students a personal feedback link. Your ratings and comments are read only by our team and used to improve our courses and support our trainers. A testimonial, with your name, course and photo, is published on our website or social media (such as Instagram) only if you tick the matching permission box. If we need to shorten or correct your words, we ask you to approve the new wording first. You can withdraw permission at any time from your feedback link or by writing to us, and we will remove it from our website and delete our social media post.

Cookies & analytics

With your permission (the cookie banner), we use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and the results of our ads. If you decline, these tools do not load. When you send us an enquiry, we may also share a scrambled (hashed) version of your contact details with Meta to measure whether an ad led to your enquiry. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam.

Your choices

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, or to withdraw your consent, write to contact@enbridgeinfotech.com. You can opt out of calls or messages at any time by telling us or by replying STOP on WhatsApp or email. Withdrawing consent does not affect messages we sent before.
